I am a passionate, mentored Doula, offering support to all birthing people within the full spectrum of pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I believe in equality, choice, reproductive justice and inclusion in the birth world. I provide unconditional support around east London and beyond.
My daughter was born in 2016 via Cesarean Birth, after a planned home birth. I believe her birth gave me a special insight for my work as a Birth Doula. I am a strong believer in natural childbirth and sacred postpartum. I support every birth.
Part of Doula UK and the charity Neighbourhood Doulas, I am committed to continuous learning, self development, equality, as well as building community. My mentored status means that I am committed to accountability, 'Doula UK’s' recognition process, philosophy and code of conduct. I will reach Doula UK’s 'recognised' status after supporting a certain amount of births and postpartum clients and when my Doula mentor is satisfied with my progress.
Studies have shown that continuous emotional, practical and informational support through pregnancy, labour, birth and postpartum, equals better outcomes for both baby and the birthing parent and higher overall satisfaction for new parents.

A former nanny and mother, I consider myself to have a warm and welcoming personality. As a Doula I strive to be empathetic, intuitive and to genuinely connect with my clients.
As a former Nanny, I have 15+ years of experience in working closely with families, creating a nurturing environment. I want to empower parents, especially throughout the birth year. Building a mindful community is important to me.
As Doula I am reliable and the care I provide to my clients is unconditional and free of judgement. On a journey of learning, I see myself as a curator of evidence-based information about pregnancy, birth, the postpartum season, parenthood and childhood and can confidently sign post you.
I hold space for expecting parents and their families which often means simply just listening to you. Because of my calm and steady nature I quickly adapt even in stressful situations, making you feel safe. I offer Newborn feeding support whichever way you decide to feed your baby.
Breastfeeding support having been part of my Doula training, self educating myself and after my own 3-year long breastfeeding journey, I offer breastfeeding support to my clients, as well as being able to signpost you to evidence based information and local breastfeeding specialists.
As a Doula I feel called to support Families from all walks of life, including LGBTQ+ families and individuals. I offer Full-spectrum Doula care, supporting all pregnancy outcomes, including adoption, miscarriage and abortion. In the future I want to support couples and individuals through surrogacy, infertility and pregnancy after birth trauma or sexual abuse.
